Where are my files stored?

Your  files are stored on our secure servers and are available for your usage once you are registered. You can use the file manager to create the folders, manage files them and access them when needed.

Why do I need to sign up?

You don't, but by signing up, you have much more control over your files, and the ability to manage them.The Pro account offers much more to the user. There are no ads, quicker speeds and the ability to upload larger files.

How long are my files stored for?

For free users the files are removed if they were not active for 14 days. Pro Account users never have their files deleted.

How can I change a password for my account?

Your password can be changed in the setting once you log in.

What should I do if I forgot a password?

If you forgot your password you can request a new password to be sent to the email on the your account.

Is my information secure?

Security is our top priority. Please check the privacy policy for more information.

FTP Uploading

Can I upload files via FTP?

Yes you can! See your profile page to enable FTP access and get the login.

How do I use the FTP uploading?

Grab the login credentials from your profile page, and use your favorite FTP program to connect. Upload files you wish, and they should be automatically added to your account within a few minutes.

How come I don't see all my other files on the FTP?

This is just meant to be a "drop off" location for files. Once files are processed, they are removed from your FTP, and added to your account.

Managing Files & Folders

What files can I upload and store with your service?

You can upload any files that meet our Terms and Condition. Please do not upload any pornographic, violent or copyrighted material. We accept all file types for upload.

Amount of files and allowed upload size?

You upload any amount of files you would like. The allowed size per each file upload for unregistered and regular users is 1Gigabyte and for Pro users is 5 Gigabytes.

Can I upload several files at once?

Pro users can upload as many as 100 files while regular users are allowed only 5 at a time.

How can I arrange and manage my files?

You can organize all your files using our file manager which very easy to navigate.

How can edit a folder?

You can delete, add and change a folder with the icons to the right of each folder.

How do I share my files?

Upload files and share them with anyone. You have the option to password protect your links. You can also email your link and share it using social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Digg , Stumble Upon, etc.
